The GO2GO loyalty program allows you to accumulate cashback bonuses and raise the level of your Club. The more you travel with GO2GO, the higher the Club level you get. Higher levels of your Club card (Gold Club, Silver Club, Bronze Club, Start Club) allow you to receive greater cashback bonuses, additional free car reservation minutes and other benefits.

How much can you pay with cashback bonuses?

You can pay 100% of the cost of the trip with cashback bonuses.

Can cashback bonuses burn out?

Yes, cashback bonuses are canceled if you have not used GO2GO services for 90 days.

Can I transfer cashback bonuses to other users?

No, cashback bonuses are personal and cannot be transferred to other GO2GO users.

How can I find out my current Club level?

You can check your current Club level and total mileage at GO2GO Support.

How quickly are cashback bonuses accrued after a trip?

Cashback bonuses are accrued within 5 days of the following month.

Can I use cashback bonuses to pay for fines or car damage?

No, cashback bonuses can only be used to pay the cost of renting a car. They cannot be used to pay for fines, damages or other additional services.

Does the duration of the car rental affect the amount of cashback bonuses received?

The amount of cashback bonuses received depends on the cost of the trip, not on its duration. However, since longer trips usually cost more, they may earn you more cashback bonuses according to your Club level.

Is it possible to get membership in the highest Club?

Yes, GO2GO has an option to get a premium club membership by pre-paying your account.

This prepayment will be used for your future trips.

Prepayment amounts for each level of the club are as follows (for new customers):

Bronze Club: UAH 20,000
Silver Club: UAH 100,000
Gold Club: UAH 200,000

Example: Let's say you want to get Silver Club status. You can make an advance payment of UAH 100,000 to your GO2GO account.

This amount will be available for your future trips, and at the same time you will receive the following Silver Club benefits:

Cashback of 5% of the cost of each trip
10 additional free minutes of car reservation

You will be able to enjoy these benefits as long as you use prepaid funds. Once you have spent the entire prepaid amount on travel, your club level will remain in accordance with the terms of the loyalty program.

You can choose the desired level of the club and make the appropriate prepayment by contacting the support service. All deposited funds remain in your account and can be used to pay for trips.

Are cashback bonuses accrued if there is a negative balance on the balance?

Cashback bonuses for the previous month are accrued only if your balance is positive or zero (≥ 0 UAH) on the 1st of the new month (00:00). If there is a negative balance (debt) on the account at the beginning of the month, cashback bonuses for the previous month are not accrued and are not carried over to the future.
