To start using the service, you must complete a simple registration in the GO2GO application, for which you need to upload a photo, a copy of your driver's license and a passport to your personal account. The application itself can be downloaded from the AppStore and Google Play app stores.

After uploading the documents, we check them: whether the information provided is reliable, whether the driver passes the age limit, and whether he has sufficient driving experience. We remind you that to use the GO2GO car sharing service you must be at least 18 years old. We allow up to 48 hours for document verification, but, as a rule, we complete it within 24 hours or less.

After registration, add the details of your bank card in the personal account of the GO2GO application. It is important that the possibility of making Internet payments is activated in the payment card and that it maintains a balance sufficient to make payments related to the use of the car through the GO2GO service. When linking a bank card, we check the positive balance, for which 1 hryvnia is debited from the card, followed by their return to the card within 24 hours from the moment of debiting. From the bank card linked to the personal account, further payment for GO2GO carsharing services is made. The GO2GO service can check the balance of the card before the trip and during the trip, by temporarily blocking the corresponding amount of money.

Carry out driving only personally. The transfer of control of the car to third parties under the account is prohibited.

Drive your car carefully, in compliance with traffic rules. Don't dare and don't fall in the cabin. Try to save the documents that are in the glove compartment. After you finish using the car, return it in proper technical condition: no worse than when you received the car.

When traveling using the GO2GO car sharing service, do not forget to have all the necessary permits and documents with you, including your passport and driver's license.

Before starting the trip, check the car for visible damage - external and inside the cabin, including interior contamination, as well as for the presence of documents for the car. In case of damage or missing documents, be sure to report this to our support team. To start using the service, take a photo of the car from 4 angles specified in the GO2GO app and send them to us through the app.

At GO2GO, we take care of regular refueling of cars so that the driver receives a car with a sufficient level of fuel in the tank for trips. If the minimum fuel level indicator lights up while using the car, or if you receive the corresponding SMS, push message or message in the GO2GO app, be sure to refuel the car using the fuel card in the glove compartment. For each refueling of the car, you receive 50 bonuses from the GO2GO service, which can be used during your next trips. You can fill up your car with fuel at one of the gas stations listed in the GO2GO app.

If during the use of the service or at the stage of completion of the trip due to the fault of the driver the car was taken to the impound lot, the driver must inform the GO2GO support service about this, and also do everything possible to return the car from the impound lot on their own. If the car is returned by GO2GO employees, the driver compensates the carsharing service for all expenses incurred for the evacuation of the car, payment for keeping the car in the impound lot and administration, and also provides GO2GO employees with all the documents necessary for returning the car.

In the event that additional expenses arise during the trip, caused, for example, by driving on toll roads or parking in paid parking lots, the driver pays them himself.

You can end your rental at any of the termination zones indicated on the map in the GO2GO app. If there is no GPS, Internet or mobile phone access in the completion area, be sure to park your vehicle in a place where you have access. Before the end of the lease, check that the keys to the car, the OSAGO policy, the card for refueling the car, and the documents for the car are left in the cabin. Moreover, the keys must be in the lock, documents and a fuel card in the glove compartment, in a special place. To complete the trip, close the car door from the outside without locking the key and press the «end» button in the application. Upon completion of carsharing, the GO2GO application displays a trip calculation and an offer to take a photo from certain angles to fix the condition of the returned car.

A deposit is an amount that is blocked on a bank card linked to a personal account before the start of the first trip of the day. Its size is such that it is considered sufficient to carry out the calculation for car sharing services. The amount of the deposit depends on the class of car booked by the driver. If there are enough funds on the driver's card to pay for GO2GO services, the frozen amount (i.e. deposit) will be unlocked within 24 hours. If there are not enough funds on the driver’s card to use the ordered car sharing services, the service will write off the missing amount from the deposit, and unblock the rest of the frozen funds within 14 days.

To conclude and fulfill an agreement on the provision of carsharing services, the GO2GO service invites the user to agree to the processing of personal data: full name, date, month and year of birth, passport data, etc.

GO2GO carsharing services are billed per second. The rental may or may not include the cost of fuel displayed in the tariff plans in the GO2GO mobile application and/or website. In the event of a discrepancy between the tariffs on the website and the mobile application, the tariffs from the application take precedence.

Tariffs can be per minute, hourly, daily. When choosing a per-minute rental (Tariff Minute +), payment is charged based on the tariff per minute of using the car or per minute and distance. The cost of hourly rental (tariff Hour +) is charged for the ordered number of hours. At the same time, payment for the distance may be charged additionally if the driver has exaggerated the volume of included services or the tariff provides for an additional payment for the distance. When choosing a daily rental (Day + tariff), the rental price per day is charged in advance. In the case of using the car for less than 24 hours, payment is still charged for a full day, regardless of the period of using the car. Additional payment for distance may be charged if the driver has exaggerated the volume of included services or the tariff provides additional payment for distance.

Some tariff plans exist on the rules of the subscription, when the driver pays the amount of the rental (subscription), and additional services, such as mileage, minutes, exceeding the mileage or minutes, are paid separately in accordance with the rules of the GO2GO service.

The first 20 minutes of booking a car is free. Some rates include an extension of the reservation by paying for additional time.

Standby mode with billing from 0.99 kop/min comes into effect if the driver selects the “wait” function when parking the car.

The radar function in the application allows you to find free cars in a given radius from you. You can turn on the auto-reservation mode if you want the found car to be automatically reserved for you.

In the event of an accident, stop the car, do not leave the scene of the accident, including moving the car and objects around. Call the GO2GO support service from the scene and follow the instructions of the operator to call the police and other further actions. To issue, by drawing up the relevant documents, the case of damage upon the arrival of the police. Wait for the arrival of the tow truck and the representative of the GO2GO service, the insurer or other competent persons. Submit all documents about the damage case to the GO2GO service representative no later than the next day.

If the expenses incurred by the GO2GO service as a result of an accident are not covered by the insurance company, the car driver is financially responsible for the damage caused to the carsharing car.
The amount of compensation depends on the amount of damage caused, but does not exceed UAH 20,000, if the total amount of damage does not exceed UAH 70,000. If the amount of damage exceeds UAH 70,000, the driver must pay UAH 20,000. plus an additional 25% of the amount of damage in excess of UAH 70,000.
If the driver has activated a special tariff in the GO2GO app, the maximum fine is limited to UAH 5,000.

The driver is obliged to compensate for all expenses of the GO2GO service caused by parking the car in prohibited places, parking in such places, as a result of which the car was damaged or damaged, parking in places where the passage of the car was blocked by other vehicles, parking on paid parking lots that are not included in the list of permitted ones, damage or cuts to the wheels, fines from the police, the parking inspectorate, and other authorities due to violations of traffic rules, parking and parking rules.
